Properties Rentals

Production Services is proud to be unveiling our searchable Properties Database, which contains descriptions and images of the props we have available for rent. Each prop will have information as to what show it was used in and any other history you might find fascinating or useful. This will give you the ability to search dynamically our entire rental stock of award-winning productions right at your fingertips.

Rental Policies and Terms

1. All props will be kept in a dry, safe and secure location at all times.
2. All props will be returned in the same conditions they were when they left Production Services' facilities.
3. All shipping arrangements must be made and paid for by the Lessee.
4. NO alterations of any kind are permitted!
5. A fifty percent (50%) deposit must be received in full prior rental.
6. Lessee agrees to pay replacement value for props that are lost, damaged, or modified without Production Services' consent. Production Services personnel will decide whether items are repairable or not.
7. A late fee of five dollars ($5.00) per individual prop, per day will be assessed for props that are not returned by the return date.
8. All rental requests must be made in writing on the appropriate rental application form a minimum of one (1) month prior to the rental, a fifty percent (50%) deposit received and will only be considered valid upon receipt of written confirmation of the rental by Production Services.
9. The Lessee and any employees or associates use these items at their own risk and must indemnify and hold harmless Utah Shakespearean Festival, Southern Utah University, its Board of Trustees, the individual members thereof, its employees, agents, contractors, management and staff, officers and directors from any and all claims, losses, damages, liens, liabilities, injuries, deaths, lawsuits and other proceedings, judgments and awards, and costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) or any other expenses asserted against or suffered by said persons or entities resulting from or arising out of any negligence, misconduct or non-compliance with any items rented or applicable laws, ordinances, codes or permit requirements.
10. Neither Southern Utah University or the Utah Shakespearean Festival will be responsible or liable for any legal action taken against the Lessee if they do not procure the rights to perform the production.
